We have an outstanding opportunity for a clinic Director at our Physical Therapy Clinics in Arkansas. This role can be based in either our Hot Springs or Glenwood Clinic. 

Location: Hot Springs & Glenwood, AR

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Clinic Director to lead our Hot Springs and Glenwood AR clinics. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care, clinic operations, and team leadership. The Clinic Director will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring clinical excellence while driving growth and efficiency. This position reports to the parent company based in North Carolina.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services, incorporating evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, drive growth, and improve clinic performance.
  • Serve as a mentor and leader, fostering professional development and team collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices for patient care and clinic management.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational goals and initiatives, aligning clinic operations with company objectives.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and build relationships.

 

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and active Arkansas PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics or outpatient rehabilitation.
  • Prior leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and innovation.
  • Ability to balance clinical treatment responsibilities with operational leadership.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $99K-$125K (Based on Experience)
  • Three weeks of Paid Time Off, with the option to roll over a week into the next year
  • Four-day workweek (4 x 10-hour shifts)

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and transfers.
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
  • May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and physical strain from patient care.
