Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy started out as a single outpatient practice offering Physical Therapy in Gastonia, NC in 1987. In the 30 years since, we’ve expanded to more than 15 clinics in North and South Carolina and are continuing to grow. Our service repertoire has developed too – our patients now benefit from a diverse set of programs and specialties, from Lymphedema Treatment to Pelvic Floor Therapy. This position is working 2-3 days a week floating to 2-3 clinics.  It will be full-days in one clinic.

Duties include: 

• Evaluates patients and establishes appropriate patient care plan to include necessary modalities, procedures, exercise programs, and patient education as warranted by the patient's diagnosis and condition.

 • Communicates patient's evaluation and subsequent progress to physician and other referral sources in a timely fashion. 

• Performs documentation in a manner that is legible, accurate, timely, and according to departmental policy, including evaluations, tests, progress notes, daily treatment notes patient/family education, outcomes, discharge notes, and charges as needed.

Education and Requirements:

 • Bachelor of Science, Master's Certificate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

 • Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Arkansas 

• Evidence of ongoing continuing education in clinical areas. 

• 3-5 years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but New Graduates are encouraged to apply.
